Description
Lecithin Forte 1325 mg. Double filtered lecithin in high dose. It is an important natural source of linoleic acid, which helps maintain proper blood cholesterol levels.
Soybean Lecithin:

Dosage
1-2 capsules a day, preferably during or after a meal. Drink down with plenty of liquid. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid.

Soya lecithin 1325 mg per capsule (min. 359 mg linoleic acid), gelatin, moisturizer (glycerin).
