One dose contains:
- 5,000 mg of hydrolyzed Fortigel® collagen
- 5,000 mg of hydrolyzed Tendoforte® collagen
- 1200 mg glucosamine
- 600 mg of methylsulfonylmethane
- 600 mg chondroitin
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
- Mix 14 g of the mixture (6 leveled scoops) in a shaker in 200-300 ml of still water
