ch-OSA, our patented and uniquely effective complex, and Biotin are the two active ingredients in Biosil Advanced Hair + Nail Care. The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, purified water. Capsule shell consists of hypromellose and red carrot extract.
Suggested Usage: Take Biosil twice daily. One capsule in the morning and one at night. Take with any beverage, hot or cold. Can be taken with food or on an empty stomach.
