Dosage and method of use
Take 1 capsule daily with food. The capsules are swallowed whole with a glass of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

The product contains 1 mg Beta carotene (10,000 IU), 10 mg pantothenic acid and 10 mg paraaminobenzoic acid (PABA) in 1 capsule.
