Description

Ashwagandha is an evergreen plant, also known as Indian ginseng. Her Latin name “somnifera” (meaning “sneaky”) suggests that it has a beneficial effect on peaceful sleep . It is an adaptogenic herb that helps to cope with stress and contributes to  well-being . Ashwagandha dietary supplement is recommended especially in challenging periods that cause stress and tension and can impair sleep quality.

Dosage:

1 capsule per day, preferably at bedtime. Can be used for a long time.

Composition:

Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), 7% withanolide content, coating (gelatin, dye: titanium dioxide), filler: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Active ingredients: 1 capsule contains: Ashwagadha root extract 300 mg, thereof withanolids 21 mg.
