Seagate cold-presses this high grade extra virgin olive oil in their own factory, without using any chemicals or solvents. Only first press olive oil is used in this product.
Suggested Usage: Take 1 to 2 capsules/day. One softgel capsule contains 1,000 mg of olive oil, of which 800 mg is the monounsaturated fat Oleic Acid.
