Description
Medicol fiber/live cultures is a dietary supplement. A multi-fibre preparation containing fine psyllium, which contributes to maintaining normal bowel movements, and inulin, i.e. prebiotic fibre. These two ingredients can help you meet your recommended daily intake of fiber. The third component is 5 strains of live cultures that naturally occur in the digestive system of a healthy person.

The package contains 220 capsules.
Dosage and method of use
Recommended dosage:
- Adults: Take 3-8 capsules 1-2 times a day. Drink with water or fruit juice (200-300 ml). We recommend starting with a lower dose and gradually increasing according to individual needs.
- Children: 1/2 adult dose, always under parental supervision.
Take preferably 30 minutes before a meal and drink with 1-2 glasses of water or fruit juice. The capsules can be split in half and the contents poured into a drink. We recommend starting with a lower dose and gradually increasing according to individual needs. Always drink Medicol properly, preferably 250 ml per 5 capsules.

Notice

Taking Medicol without liquid may cause you to choke. Therefore, always drink Medicol properly, preferably in the amount of 200-250 ml per 5 Medicol capsules. If at any time during the use of Medicol you experience any problems, stop using it and consult a doctor. It contains trace amounts of soy and milk, as these ingredients are used in the probiotic culture medium. Traces of milk are in an amount that will not affect people with lactose intolerance.
Store in a cool, dry place – away from direct sunlight. It does not have to be stored in the refrigerator.
