How to use

1. Prepare the Floss
   – Cut about 40cm of floss and wrap both ends around your index fingers 2-3 times.  

2. Hold the Floss
   – Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and index fingers.  

3. Clean Between Teeth 
   – Gently slide the floss between your teeth, following the curve of each tooth. Move back and forth 2-3 times while rubbing the sides.  

4. Use a Clean Section 
   – Use a different section of floss for each tooth to avoid spreading bacteria.
