We prepare our alcohol-free Echinacea glycerite from the Certified Organic root of Echinacea purpurea plants. To assure optimal extraction of the herb’s bioactive compounds, we harvest the roots during the autumn and promptly extract them while still fresh and succulent.
Flavor Profile
Echinacea, Alcohol-Free has a deep, earthy taste followed by a tingling mouthfeel due to naturally-occurring alkylamides. This flavor is complemented with the sweet flavor of glycerin.
