Directions: Apply a generous amount to the ball of the eye. Blend swiftly upward and outward, extending to the eyebrow and inner corner of the eye using a laydown brush or your ring finger. Wear alone or as a shadow primer. When applying, get as close to the lash line as possible without touching your lashes. |
